At BreguetRefinement, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience by offering reliable shipping services for your luxury timepieces. Our Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding shipping options, delivery times, and any applicable fees. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery, available for select locations.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If we are unable to ship to your specified address, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative shipping method.
5. Delivery Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or customs inspections are beyond our control. We will work diligently to resolve any shipping problems and keep you informed.
